LeBron Called… the 2018 – 2019 NBA Schedule is out!

The 2018 – 2019 NBA Schedule is out and the season kicks off on Tuesday, October 16 with the Philadelphia 76ers face the Boston Celtics, and Oklahoma City Thunder take on NBA champions, the Golden State Warriors.

If you’re anything like us, you’re at the edge of your seat, eagerly awaiting the chance to see how the newly shaped teams will perform this season. Haven’t had time to keep up with all the moves that happened during the offseason (other than King James joining the Lakers)? Then scroll on down!

LeBron James: In a dramatic, yet expected move, the star-player left the Cleveland Cavaliers to join the Los Angeles Lakers on a 4-year contract. Will this mark the start of a Lakers – Warriors dynasty?

Kevin Durant: Unsurprisingly, one of the Golden State Warriors’ star players re-signed with the team on a 2-year contract. Can he help the Warriors win another title?

Chris Paul: Re-signed with Houston Rockets. Hopefully he can stay injury free and help his Texas team rise to the top this year.

Paul George: Re-signed with OKC Thunder on a four-year contract, despite rumors he was considering joining the Lakers.

Kawhi Leonard: The 27 year old said goodbye to San Antonio Spurs and hello to the Toronto Raptors. We can’t wait to see him return the home of the Spurs on January 3.

Carmelo Anthony: The forward with an impressive wing depth made a smart move during free agency to get off of the Oklahoma City Thunder team to join the Houston Rockets. Seeing him play with Chris Paul and James Harden promises to an exciting journey.

Dwight Howard: The 32 year old, who clocks in at 6’11” is leaving the Brooklyn Nets for a 1-year contract with the Washington Wizards. The Atlanta native hopes to continue refining his game for the next decade. Go Dwight, go!

Dwayne Wade: The most mysterious man in the NBA… We are still awaiting final confirmation, but for now it looks like the Miami Heat star will stay in Miami.

So whether it’s last minute seats to the opening night of the NBA regular season when two of the top three teams in the east facing off, or whether it’s either of the two Christmas Day games planned well ahead of time; NBA basketball is your ticket to an evening of fun and entertainment.
